Asia Scholarships For Asian Students:

The Chinese ministry of education (MOE) has taken interest in granting full scholarships to Asian Students to provide economic ease and resources so that they can get education in China and be a part of making a difference in educational field.

Introduction to Scholarship Provider:

MOE and Chinese Scholarship council (CSC) is responsible for managing and Granting scholarships to individuals in collaboration with institutes in China for the growth and development of educational fields in China. The MOE and CSC’s goal is to strengthen the bonds between Chinese Government and other Asian Countries.

Field of Study:

Fields offered by the universities on the Panel List of HEI. Subjects will be offered to General and Senior scholars. Students who wish to study or choose subjects taught in Chinese have to get a one year training of Chinese language and pass the test if the language is poor, prior to joining the study year.

Reward:

  • The grant will include tuition fee, registration fee, fee for laboratory experiments, internship fee, shelter allowance, on campus accommodation, budget for books and other material related to course.
  • A onetime intercity travel allowance.
  • The medical side will include insurance for basic medical procedures and outpatient services no services will be provided for pregnancy or any other critical medical issues the scholar will be removed from the country and get treated in the home land.
  • A monthly stipend of 1,700 Yuan will be granted to general scholars and senior scholars will be given 2,000 Yuan.
  • Each new student upon entering China will get 1,000 Yuan if they are in China for less than a year and 1,500 if they are for more than a year.

Eligibility:

Read properly before taking any step.

  • A non-Chinese citizen of any Asian country is welcome to apply for the grant.
  • Must be familiar with Mandarin or English language specifically if the scholar is taking courses in Mandarin he/she must be familiar with the language and have good command over it.
  • Candidate applying as general scholar must have completed the initial two years of baccalaureate Studies and be under the age of 45.
  • Those applying for senior scholar program must be under the age of 50 years as have achieved at least master’s degree or more working as an Academic professor or associate professor.
  • Aspirant must pass the Physical examination test and send it before it expires. The exam is only valid for six months.
  • All the authentic documents (copies) must be sent to the Chinese embassy near the home town of aspirant.
  • Attested Transcripts, professional documents, age authenticity documents must visit CSC online application System.
  • Two Recommendation letters by associate professors in Chinese or English Language for Senior Scholar programs.
  • Research or study proposal attached with all the other documents of 400 words written in English or Mandarin.
  • Scholars applying for music studies must send their original pieces of work recorded in C.D.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Returning of any document must not be expected either accepted or rejected.
  • All the selection procedure will be done by CSC.
  • Scholars are prohibited to change their filed or duration of academic courses as scholarship will only be granted for the specified period in the program.
