Eric Bleumink Fund Scholarships will cover all the living and traveling expenses of the selected applicants. Necessary items like substance and books will also be provided. Eric Bleumink Fund Scholarship will also take care of student’s health insurance. Furthermore, Eric Bleumink Fund Scholarship will grant around 4 trips to PhD applicants in and out of Netherlands to their home country for research work.

Eligibility Criteria:

All aspirants must meet the following criteria set by University of Groningen:

  • Candidates should hold citizenship of any of the listed countries
  • Candidates should speak and understand English language very well
  • Candidates should be healthy to obtain desirable health insurance in Netherlands
  • Candidates should hold good and satisfactory academic records
  • Candidates should have positive recommendation letters from their college professors
  • Candidates should be able to share some of his contribution that led (or in future will lead) to the benefit of his home country.
  • Candidates who are applying for the PhD program should currently be employed in a research centre in their home country for which they also get paid. The research centre should support the candidate. Candidates will be provided with academic supervisors who will lead the students in their research work and provide scientific supervision.
