Regions Riding Forward Scholarship Essay Contest for American students, 2015

If you are high school seniors college freshman, sophomore or junior students there is a chance to win scholarships just participate in Regions Riding Forward Scholarship Essay Contest, applicants are asked to write and submit a short easy on a topic of “African-American” there is complete freedom to write any African-American personality which inspire them allot, different scholarships grants for different school students if you are High School seniors then you are eligible to apply for a $5,000 scholarship or if you are College freshman, sophomores and juniors are eligible for a $2,500 scholarship.

Subjects to Study: One thing kept in mind while you decides to apply for scholarship grant that students are asked to write a short essay on an African-American person who has inspired them.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • This is the first condition to be eligible for this scholarship for college students that they shell be enter this contest and to win an award,
  • Applicant must be either a high school senior or a college freshman, sophomore or junior and meet all of the following criteria.

  • One thing kept in mind that if you are high school senior then you must be a legal resident of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas or Virginia, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina,.
  • Be enrolled in 12th grade in a public or private school or home school in one of the states listed above.
  • Applicant Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.
  • Be 13 years or older.

Eligibility conditions for College Students:

Conditions for eligibility criteria for college students is that they should be a legal resident of one of the following states or currently attending college or university located in, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Tennessee, Texas or Virginia Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana.

  • Candidate must be 16 years or older.
  • Applicant must have at least one year or 18 credit hours remaining before graduation.
  • Minimum GPA require 2.0.

Scholarships is open for students belongs to different states of USA which are

South Carolina, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana Alabama, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas or Virginia).

Scholarships consists of: Worth of scholarships is different, for High School seniors scholarships worth is  $5,000. for College freshman, sophomores and juniors it will be $2,500 in value.
