There are some attributes which the employer look in every candidate. Whether the job position is entry level or executive level the employer assess you in the following four questions:
- Are you qualified and capable enough to do the underlying job?
- Do your personality is the one we are looking for?
- Will you remain loyal to the company and will not leave it in the coming years?
- Are you happy with the money offered?
For the fresh graduates the first three questions are important. They need to prove their skills in the interview. They have to impress employer with their personality and presentation skills. They need to be confident enough to get the faith of the employer. They also need to ensure employer that as a fresh graduate you are not looking for a short term benefit; i.e.

If you get a new job paying you more then you will not get tempted by the offer. Fourth question is not much important for the fresh graduates as they need experience and are not in a position to negotiate on money offered.
For the experienced candidates all the four questions are important. They need to show that they have the relevant experience. Their personality is developed showing the professional attitude. They have been with the previous company for a longer time to understand it well and to value the contract. Employers are also concerned with the reasons why candidates are leaving the previous job. So you have to come up with attractive answer for this question.
Reasons could be to increase the market exposure, to get hands dirty in a new market with the same product or for personality development. Money is really important for professionals as they are expected to have a family and they have to fulfill their needs.
